However, all of the homes adjacent to Sunset Point have been completed. Open concept dining area and living room where you and your group can gather for meals and conversation while enjoying views of the lake. Cozy up on the couch and enjoy the built-in fireplace! Expansive deck overlooking Sunset Lake - take in the best sunset views while dining al fresco! Gas grill provided (we do our best to keep the propane tank full). The garage has been converted into a fully stocked game room, complete with ping pong, foosball, pop-a-shot, and a putting green. Also enjoy giant connect four, corn hole, ladder ball, and darts! The lower level boasts a cozy living room area, a game table for poker or board games, a pool table, and an and a wet bar. Plenty of games and toys provided for all ages! From the lower level, walk right out to your private the patio and beach front area, perfect for building sand castles, going for a leisurely kayak or SUP ride, or float on the lily pad. 2 adult kayaks 2 child kayaks 1 SUP 1 Lily pad Sand toys, life jackets in various sizes, and outdoor games provided! Thank you for understanding. Additional cleaning fee of $200 will be charged if violated. ~NO guns or other weapons. ~No smoking or vaping. $200 fee incurred if violated ~Please be mindful of the peaceful serenity of the area and neighbors after dusk. NO fireworks. ~Reserving guest must be 25 years of age or older. ~No third-party bookings. The person making the reservation must be the person who checks in. ~We do not allow loud noise or unauthorized parties/gatherings. The entire booking is subject to immediate cancellation/termination without refund and subject to $500 fine. Party = any additional people beyond the number of guests on the reservation. ~ No parking in the garage, as it has been converted into an awesome game room for all to enjoy. There is ample parking on the extra wide asphalt driveway. ~If you are traveling with infants or kids, please beware of the stairs, balcony/deck, and lake. It is the parent or the caregiver responsibility to watch for the infants/kids. Owners will not be held responsible/liable for any accident. ~Please note that the lake, all life jackets, watercraft of any kind, floats, and other water toys are for use at the user's risk, and user and/or their responsible adult agrees to waive any liability of the host for any injury or accident. There is no lifeguard on duty at the lake. Guests agree not to leave children unattended by the lake. The toys are for different ages and the guests/parents and responsible adults will be held liable for their use. We kindly ask you to make sure the toys, outdoor lake toys and equipment are left in the appropriate storage areas. This will ensure the next guests can enjoy them as well.

Guests must sign a Rental Agreement upon booking and verify identification. Failure to sign Rental Agreement will result in cancellation of booking without a refund. **Please note the area is a new development with some houses under construction (during working hours/days). The houses neighboring Sunset Point are completed.**
