Our condo offers a large living area with kitchen and living room, all recently updated with modern luxury vinyl plank flooring and new lighting! All bedrooms and living areas have TVs with cable and Rokus connected (bring your own log-ins to access the apps available on the roku). The Game Rooms: ~We converted the den area into a fantastic game room sure to entertain all ages with an NBA Jams arcade, foosball, large smart TV, and board games. ~Twin futon for a back-up sleeping space. ~We've stocked the garage with more games, a giant Connect4, and balls and rackets to take advantage of the resort's amenities. The Bedrooms: The primary bedroom offers a king bed, large closet, and en-suite bathroom with jetted tub. The second bedroom offers a queen bed plus a twin over twin bunk bed, and a large closet. The third bedroom has a queen bed. Large, second bathroom with shower and tub located directly adjacent to the second and third bedrooms. Other Condo amenities: ~Large deck with peaceful views of the golf course off of the living room and primary bedroom, the perfect setting for your morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine. ~Resort-provided free WiFi ~You'll also have your own full-size washer and dryer in our large laundry room. Nearby Amenities and Attractions: ~In the winter, take advantage of access to nearby snowmobile trails and nearby ski resorts. ~Wisconsin Dells with all the waterparks are just over half an hour drive for you to enjoy. ~Rent a boat or other watercraft/watertoys from Big Papa's Pontoon Rentals or Castle Rock Watersports ~Explore other great swimming areas and nature parks like Buckhorn around Castle Rock Lake. ~Check out the fun restaurants dotting the coast of Castle Rock Lake - Shipwreck Bay, The Dirty Turtle, and Pine Cove Bar/Grill, or grab pizza to enjoy at home from Kozy's Pizza.

In booking, all guests agree to the following rules: REGISTRATION FORM: Must complete a Registration Form 72 hours before check in, as required by Sunset Condominium Association at Northern Bay Resort (SCNB). We will send the form to you to complete and return to us and we then submit this to the Sunset Condominium Association office. The office will put together a welcome packet that includes a list of rules and regulations, general SCNB information, wristbands, room keys, and parking permits. The office staff will place these items in the designated lock box on the outside of the Association office building on your check-in day. Forms submitted late will result in $75 charge per the resort. BOOKING GUEST: Guest making the reservation must be 30 YEARS OR OLDER and also must be one of the guests staying at the Airbnb for the reservation. PETS: Per Association's rules, NO ROTWEILLERS OR PIT BULLS are permitted. A maximum of TWO (2) pets per condo are allowed. $100 extra pet fee applies. No pets in the pool or on the beach. Pets must be on a leash. Please pick-up after your pet. Pets shall not be permitted to commit or cause a nuisance or unreasonable disturbance. No pets permitted in the harbor marina area. Pet owner/booking guest agrees to pay for any damage or extra cleaning caused by/necessitated by pet(s). PARKING: One vehicle allowed to park in front of garage. A second vehicle may be parked in the spots across from our building. Any additional vehicles should be parked at the adjacent overflow parking. All vehicles must have a parking tag that will be provided through the Sunset Condominium office at Northern Bay. No parking in front of another unit's garage. Please follow the one-way traffic flow and 10 mph speed limit. POOL: Wristbands must be worn at the pool area. No glass bottles or containers on pool deck. Please do not use umbrellas on windy days. Quiet hours start at 10 PM. Please be respectful of neighbors in the building, as this is a multi-unit building. NO PARTIES. NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED!! Guests must obey all Sunset Condominium at Northern Bay Resort Rules and Regulations. Any fines incurred from the association for violation of the rules will be passed onto the guest. Resort Fee: By booking this reservation, the guest(s) agree to the 9% Amenity Fee as charged by the resort and authorize the Sunset Condominium Association as a third-party beneficiary of this agreement. Other Rules: Golf carts/ATVs/snow mobiles - must have driver's license or ATV/snowmobile safety permit. No open fires on the beach No grills allowed on the deck. Gas/charcoal grills must be used at least 10 feet away from any structure and on the blacktop. Please obey one-way traffic through resort road.

BOOKING GUEST MUST BE 30 YEARS OR OLDER PER CONDO ASSOCIATION REGULATIONS, booking guest must also be staying at the condo during the reservation. PETS ALLOWED: $100 per pet fee applies, maximum two (2) pets, subject to condo association’s breed restrictions After booking, you must complete the registration form required by Sunset Condominiums at Northern Bay Resort at least 72 hours before your stay. This form is required by the condo association, as they will then prepare your keys, wristbands, and parking tags for your stay. The association charges $75 charge for late registration forms or last minute bookings. Failure to submit the registration form will result in cancellation of your reservation.
