The Double Eagle is a NEWLY RENOVATED home conveniently located in the heart of the Territory, approximately 10 minutes drive to the Owners' Club Complex, where guests can enjoy the indoor and outdoor pools, indoor basketball court, tennis courts, fitness center, game room, craft room, meeting rooms, and an outdoor basketball court. Our house is only a 10-15 minute drive to historic downtown Galena, and a 20-25 minute drive to Chestnut Mountain Ski Resort. This is the perfect spot to relax and take advantage of all the Galena area has to offer year-round, from golfing, boating on Lake Galena, visiting local wineries, ziplining, hot air balloon riding, horseback riding, boutique shopping, and enjoying the many restaurants and cafes in Galena. In the winter, there's easy access to ice skating, skiing, and other winter fun! The Double Eagle has plenty of room for family and friends to spread out over its three floors, two living rooms, and four outdoor areas! DINING: The open-concept kitchen and large dining table are the ideal spot for shared meals and memorable conversations. Start the day relaxing on the cozy sectional with a cup of coffee on the screened-in three season room, taking in the peaceful morning views of the golf course and surrounding woods. For dinner, grill out on the back deck and enjoy your meal outside on the large outdoor patio dining set. We have an extra fridge/freezer in the lower level as well for your convenience! SLEEPING: Each of the three floors of the house has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, for a total of four king bedrooms, two bedrooms with two queen beds, and six full bathrooms. The main floor has two king bedrooms, with one bedroom featuring an expansive en-suite bathroom and the other bedroom has a full bath immediately adjacent to it. The third level similarly has two bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed. One bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom (our apologies, but the jetted tub is currently not functional), and the other bedroom has an immediately adjacent full-size bathroom. The lower level has two bedrooms with two queen beds in each room, one with an en-suite full bathroom and the other bedroom with a full bath immediately adjacent. Each bedroom has an attached or directly adjacent bathroom and Smart TVs. PLAYING: Gather round the cozy living room on the main floor with gas fireplace, or head to the lower level for a foosball or pool tournament. All TVs are Smart TVs – bring your logins! There are also plenty of board games and puzzles for both kids and adults. End the day with a relaxing soak in your own private hot tub on the back patio. OTHER AMENITIES: Enjoy speedy internet for your leisure or work needs. A full-size washer and dryer is available in the lower level. We provide a starter pack consisting of basic necessities --> coffee/tea, dishwasher tablets, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, kitchen sponge, laundry detergent, and basic toiletries. Bath and kitchen towels are also provided. Your beds will be ready and waiting for you with clean, cozy linens. The kitchen is well-stocked with cooking and baking necessities. The Double Eagle offers 6 Proximity Cards for guests' use of the Galena Territory Association facilities. Additional day passes can be purchased for $5 per day at the Owners Club Complex. *Please note: we do not provide beach towels and ask that your bring your own. Please do not bring the bath linens from The Double Eagle.

🦅🦅 HOUSE RULES: ~EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS: In an effort to make sure the cleaner has sufficient time to clean our large home, we are generally unable to allow early check-ins or late check-outs, particularly during peak seasons. If you do wish to request an early check-in or late check-out and the cleaner can accommodate this, there is an additional fee of $50 per hour. ~NO smoking or drugs. This is a NON-SMOKING home and property, including cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vaping and marijuana. Evidence of smoking will incur additional fees. ~NO pets. We know your pets are people too, but pets are NOT allowed due to allergies. Thank you for understanding. Additional cleaning fee of $200 will be charged if violated. ~NO guns or other weapons. ~The Territory Association forbids lights on outside at night. Please help us abide by this rule by making sure exterior lighting is not turned on (it should be motion-sensored). Please be mindful of the peaceful serenity of the Territory and neighbors after dusk. ~Private Hot Tub: Alcohol and glass is not allowed in or near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or other intoxicants, or are pregnant. The hot tub is for adults only. Use of the hot tub is at your own risk. Parents/guardians assume all liability and responsibility for their children. Never leave children unattended. Please refer to the rules posted outside near the hot tub. ~Reserving guest must be 25 years of age or older. ~No third-party bookings. The person making the reservation must be the person who checks in. ~- It is strictly forbidden to move the fireplace door or touch the logs as it can loosen the gas tubes and create a gas leak. Be extra cautious while watching small kids near the fireplace and give instructions to the older kids/adults. It is strictly forbidden to roast marshmallows or anything else as it can create a fire hazard and damage the fireplace. Please do not touch the gas valve. ~- We do not allow loud noise or unauthorized parties/gatherings otherwise the entire booking is subject to immediate cancellation/termination without refund and loss of deposit. Party = any additional people beyond the number of guests on the reservation. ~- If you are traveling with infants or kids, please beware of the stairs, balconies and hot tub/pool. It is the parent or the caregiver responsibility to watch for the infants/kids. Owners will not be held responsible/liable for any accident. ~Please note that all kids toys found in the home are for different ages and the parents and responsible adults will be held liable for the selection of toys used by their children. Also, we kindly ask you to make sure the toys and books found in the cabin are left in the cabin. This will ensure the next guests can enjoy them as well. ~For check-out, please wash all dishes/start the dishwasher, and put away clean, dry dishes before you leave. All trash must be placed in the provided bin or taken to the nearby refuse centers. Extra fees will be incurred if you leave dirty dishes and trash in the home. Bed linens may be left on the beds and bath linens in the bathrooms, but feel free to start a load to help out our cleaning crew!
